Just 3 Little Days!
I can change my mind
on anything
in 3 Days.
I sometimes get distracted
with this,
or THAT,
and get off course.
I GET STUCK.
Christians blame it
on that Goddamn Apple;
on Adam and Steve
doing with IT
what they did
with IT.
Whatever.
Whomever.
We Stray.
If I feel myself
going off course,
I plan a 3 day
retreat down under,
ALONE,
and focus
on whatever issue
I’m having.
I went to put on
a shirt yesterday
that I haven’t worn
lately.
It was TOO
goddamn SNUG!
The next 3 days
I’m going to eat
Soup & Salad
and take care
of THAT issue.
Not that I can lose
the ROLL I’ve gained
in 3 days,
but in 3 days,
I will have pierced
the unconscious state of eating
that I have
OBVIOUSLY
been in.
Been Drinking
out of habit
too much?
I bet that in
3 days,
if you refocus,
and find something
productive,
or rewarding to do,
you’ll
GET STUCK
doing that.
Then,
You can choose
to have a Drink
when you want to enjoy
having a Drink.
Is your House
a Miserable Mess?
The act of spending
the next 3 days
cleaning and organizing
will give you inner fuel,
and pride,
to do it differently
after it’s clean.
It’s all the same,
you are already
expending the same energy.
Gaining Weight
is the Same
as Losing Weight.
Just Change your Mindset.
Drinking
is the Same
as Not Drinking.
Keeping
A Filthy House
is the Same
as Keeping a Sparkling Clean House.
In all Scenarios,
you are focused
on SOMETHING,
either doing it,
or not doing it.
It takes WORK either way.
If it’s gaining weight,
you are eating UNCONSCIOUSLY.
If it’s losing weight,
you are CONSCIOUSLY eating.
You are STILL eating.
The real trick
is to go DEEP
and figure out
what you aren’t facing
that is keeping you
from being CONSCIOUS.
Why are you choosing
to NUMB yourself
from the fact
that you are being
a SIAMESE PUSSY
by just not doing
what you know
you need to do.
