Wake up each day,
assess your current reality,
accept that state of being,
and move forward with confidence.

Forgive yourself
what you didn’t do yesterday,
learn from it,
and quit your goddamn whining.

Nobody wants to hear THAT.

HOPE can be bad for your mental health,
it’s presence says:
I’m not ok today,
but maybe I will be tomorrow.
